How to train your attack dog?

When you have a dog then you need to know about attack dog training. Why this is so important? Because you can teach your dog about fight and how to guard your house when you are gone somewhere especially for a long time, so attack dog training is important and many people still don’t know how to do that. The most suitable dog who can do this attack dog training is the pointer type. There are german pointer and English pointer, you can choose one of them, because they are have good power, ability, and agility. This way I will show you how to do attack dog training:

1. Choose a breed that works best as an attack dog. Some breeds such as German shepherds and rottweilers are easier to train than other breeds.

2. Train the dog in submission commands such as “sit,” “stay” and “heel.” This teaches the dog to obey the sound of your voice. Later, this helps to train the dog to attack when given the command. It cannot learn to move until you give the command.

3. Teach the dog to be indifferent to strangers and other dogs.

4. Start with on-leash training but advance to off-leash. Choose a single word for “attack” and one for “stop”. Be consistent. Give slack to the leash when giving the attack command, and pull it when giving the stop command

5. Develop the dog’s bite, you can use toys like fake bones, or wood will do the job of attack dog training.

6. Simulate attacks with the help of another person in a bite suit. Issue commands, and reward the dog when it responds accordingly. Once it has mastered them, train it to respond without issuing the commands, based on it only seeing you under attack, for the instance if the owners if unconcious and the dog must be controlled their selves.

Attack dog training will be much easier when you have a love for your dog itself. If you have no time to do that, maybe you can rent an attack dog trainer to help you, but of course you have to pay more, beside the food and treatment itself.
